Terms of Service

By accessing or using Parffic (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Parffic Technologies Ltd is a company registered in Nigeria. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parffic.

Parffic is a two-sided marketplace that connects: • Drivers: individuals seeking to book verified parking spaces in Lagos • Space Owners: individuals or businesses listing parking spaces for hire Parffic is not a parking operator. We provide the technology and marketplace infrastructure. The agreement for parking services is between drivers and space owners.

To use Parffic, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your password • Have a valid Nigerian phone number • Not impersonate any person or entity You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

As a driver on Parffic: • You agree to vacate the parking space at the end of your booking period • Extending a booking must be done through the app before expiry • Refunds are available if cancelled at least 1 hour before the booking start time • You are responsible for any damage caused to the parking facility • QR codes are single-use and non-transferable • Parffic is not liable for vehicle damage, theft, or loss while parked

As a space owner on Parffic: • You confirm you have legal authority to list the space for hire • Your space must pass physical verification before going live • You must keep availability and pricing information accurate • Parffic retains 10% of each booking as a platform fee • Payouts are processed weekly to your registered Nigerian bank account • You may not discriminate against drivers for any reason • Parffic may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms

All payments on Parffic are processed by Paystack, a CBN-registered payment service provider. By making a payment: • You authorise Parffic and Paystack to charge your selected payment method • Prices displayed are inclusive of the 10% platform fee • Parffic Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension Space owners receive payouts net of the 10% platform fee, processed every Saturday.

You must not: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • List spaces you do not have authority to list • Misrepresent the condition, location, or amenities of a space • Circumvent the platform to transact directly with other users • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to platform systems • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law: • Parffic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim • We make no warranties regarding the condition or safety of listed spaces • We are not responsible for disputes between drivers and space owners Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Parffic may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you: • Breach these Terms • Provide false information • Engage in fraudulent activity • Cause harm to other users Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Outstanding payments and obligations survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
